Over the last two years, 20/20 has been the contractor of choice for the cleaning of all soft goods at the New York Vista Hotel, after it experienced severe damage from the World Trade Center bombing. We were also selected by ServiceMASTER, the contractor for the New York Palace Hotel (formerly the Helmsley Palace), to carry out all of the soft good restoration cleaning in the entire property. The New York Palace had suffered severe smoke damage due to an electrical fire and all 1100 guest rooms were effected. This extensive operation and restoration was completed by our crews upon schedule and within the allowable budget.
